How we work with you

  • We ask, we don’t assume

    Our form asks about your situation in plain English, and it takes about two minutes. No scripts, no pressure, no hard sell. What you tell us is what your partner adviser starts from, so the conversation you have with them begins somewhere useful.

  • We introduce you to people who can advise

    We are not authorised to give debt advice, so we don't. We pass your details to an authorised debt solution partner, who reviews your circumstances and explains the options — IVA, DMP, Breathing Space, or sometimes no formal solution at all — before you decide anything.

  • We hand you over properly

    You’ll know who your details go to and what happens next. Once you’re with an authorised partner, they’re the ones who look after your case from that point on, and they’ll explain exactly what their service involves.

  • We’re transparent on how we’re paid

    There's no charge for using our form and no obligation to proceed. We are paid by our partners for introducing you or for the preparatory work we do. Any fees for a debt solution come from your partner, who will set them out in full before you commit to anything.

  • We measure success differently

    For us, success isn't the number of introductions we make. It's the number of people who tell us they can sleep at night again, who feel in control of their finances, and who see a clear end date to their debt.

You'll be talking to a person, not a process

The hardest part is usually the first conversation. We don't have it with you — we introduce you to an authorised partner who does — but we'd rather you knew what to expect from it.

  • No script, and no queue to get through first. Someone whose job is to understand your situation before saying a word about solutions.
  • They'll ask what you owe, what comes in and what goes out — not how you ended up here. That part is nobody's business but yours.
  • Then they'll talk you through what's actually open to you, in plain English, including the options that cost you nothing.
  • You can take your time. Nothing is decided on the first call, and nothing starts until you say so.
